What are your fees?

What is coaching?

A Coach is someone to help you discover what you want in life and how to get it. Someone to help you discover the habits that are not serving you and help you to create new habits. Someone to encourage, provide support and accountability. A coach works through curiosity and compassionate inquiry.

How do I start?

We start with a free Discovery Session where I ask you "What do you want", or, "What is it that you'd like to be experiencing that you're not currently experiencing?" Your discovery flows from there.

Will you tell me what to eat and not eat? What to do and not to do? Will you analyze me and tell me that I am doing things the wrong way? Will you tell me that I need to change?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I am here to present new and interesting information and ideas to help you discover your own truth and to empower you to have a joy-filled life!

What kind of programs do you have?

I have two programs: a 10-week Essentials program and an 8-week Health coaching program. Some clients may just want to talk to me on a periodic basis and that's great. I am here to serve you however you wish.

What is your 8-Week Health Coaching program like?

The 8-Week Health Coaching program covers a different topic each week relating to food and health. These topics include high and low energy foods; the blood sugar roller coaster; self sabotage—behaviors or thoughts that keep us from getting what we most desire in life; how to relax with the 5-5-7 breath; and the wheel of life—what wants to be nourished in your life and an introduction to mindfulness. The goal is baby steps to a healthier lifestyle that becomes who you are--a healthy person making healthy choices and decisions about your life.

What is your Essentials Coaching program?

This is my signature 10-week program in which I will introduce you to empowering techniques and ideas that I feel are essential to a joyful and empowered life. We will get curious about behaviors and throw judgement out the door! I will introduce you to paradigms, our inner child, childhood programming, reframing, associating/disassociating, and beliefs and identity. If you are at all interested in why you do the things that you do, then this is the program for you. It's fun and interesting with lots of insights to be discovered.
