Life and Health Coaching
I am here to listen and to talk with you in any way that you want. Sometimes you may want to talk about or explore one or two issues. To become unstuck from something that is bothering you. I will start by asking you What do you want? Where have you been feeling stuck or in pain?" I promise you will know and it will flow.
My 8-Week Health Coaching program covers a different topic each week relating to food and health. These topics include high and low energy foods; the blood sugar roller coaster; self sabotage—behaviors or thoughts that keep us from getting what we most desire in life; how to relax with the 5-5-7 breath; and the wheel of life—what wants to be nourished in your life; and an introduction to mindfulness.
